Technician

Gradel specializes in the design and turnkey production of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment for the general industrial, nuclear, and aerospace sectors.
We make it a point of honor to support our customers in the implementation and use of our solutions on site. To strengthen our assembly team, we are looking for an experienced electromechanical engineer
with the following profile:
Your role:
We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to support the development of our activity and help drive the adoption of GRAM technology. You will play a key role in designing and validating structural components for high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling our equipment.
Adjusting parts.
Fine-tuning our equipment.
Commissioning our equipment at our customers' sites.
Maintaining our equipment at our customers' sites.
Operating our equipment at our customers' sites.
Profile:
Training as a mechanical or electromechanical technician.
At least 3 years' experience in maintenance or assembly of new machines.
Good ability to read plans and electrical diagrams.
Proficiency in all dimensional control methods (caliper, measuring column, depth gauge, etc.).
Good adjustment skills.
Experience in wiring.
Experience in equipment start-up or fault diagnosis.
Pragmatic approach to implementing solutions.
Organized and methodical.
Innovative, creative, and autonomous in implementing solutions.
Knowledge and expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation would be an asset.
Languages: French, English, and/or German would be an asset.
We offer a position in an innovative environment, with strong relationships with other company departments (production, assembly, purchasing, project managers), and which includes customer support interventions throughout Europe (25% of the time).
This position is open on a permanent contract basis and is available immediately.
