Reporting System
GRADEL is committed to full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to our high standards of ethical and responsible business conduct, as reflected in our Code of Conduct and related policies. The GRADEL SecureLine is a channel through which reporters may submit an alert securely and confidentially, or anonymously where legally permissible. Alerts could relate to our Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, policies and standards, or to compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
GRADEL is committed to developing a “Voice Up” culture where all former or current employees, interns, temporary workers, candidates for employment, shareholders and third parties (including but not limited to contractors and their employees, subcontractors, direct or indirect suppliers, and local communities around our and our suppliers' sites) feel comfortable reporting concerns.
This reporting system allows you to quickly and easily report any actual or suspected misconduct that could affect our company or the well-being of our community members.
Treat this tool with the seriousness and responsibility it is intended to convey. This reporting system should not be used to make false accusations against others or to report information that you know to be false. Please note that the GRADEL SecureLine Reporting System shall not be used for general complaints. If you would like to place a general complaint, please contact the responsible department or individuals within GRADEL.
Thank you for your support.
